We would like to make sure that everybody gets all important information about the registration to Santa Swing 2025 🙂
What we wrote down here is nothing new… but we want to be sure that everybody is aware of those rules 😉

1. Will the prices increase based on the number of registered dancers, or will there be time limits?
There will be time limits, NOT quantity limits.
After submitting the registration form, please wait for a confirmation email.

2. Do I need to register as a couple, or can I register as a single dancer?
This is a tricky topic. 😉
We aim to create a fair registration process for everyone, ensuring single followers are not excluded. At the same time, we need to encourage leaders to register.
THE RULES ARE AS FOLLOWS:
Couples will have priority before single dancers which MEANS:
You CAN register as a SINGLE dancer – and it will GUARANTEE you the PRICE, but NOT the place.
HOWEVER: what you also need to know is that if a couple registers after you – they will be put on the event list before you. After sending us your single registration you can look for a leader who will register with you, but even when it happens, your place on the event list won’t change and you will still be placed after that other couple (your price will remain unchanged).
So if you want to be sure that you can join the event the best way is to register as a COUPLE.
Single followers will need to wait until single leaders will register (or opposite, but you know how it works…)
Of course, we are confident that there will be spots available for some single dancers, but the exact number will depend on the total registrations of both leaders and followers. 😉
If you register as a couple you need to have the same type of pass (full or party), but you can still choose different workshop levels with full pass.

3. All-Stars discount:
Message for ALL-STAR WSDC DANCERS:
– All All-Star dancers are eligible for a 50% discount on the current price.
IMPORTANT: if you reach the All-stars division after you register, you can’t ask for this discount 😉
– If you are invited to join the judges’ panel, you will receive a refund of your pass, but you will still need to register first.
– No need to worry about balance – we’ve got it covered! 😊

5. Free passes won at other events:
If you won a free pass for Santa Swing 2024 and you want to attend our event – let us know as soon as possible. If the event where you won our pass was before the opening of registration to King Swing then you have 2 weeks from the point that registration is open to let us know that you are coming.
If the event where you won the pass was after our registration is open then you have two weeks from the event you won the pass to let us know.
If you won the Santa Swing 2025 pass then your registration must still be balanced – it means e.g. if you are a single follower and we already have too many single followers then you need a leader to register with.

8. Cancelation policy:
– 75% refund up to 15.08 2025
– 50% refund up to 30.09.2025
– from 01.10.2025 – no refund
