Virginie Grondin is one of the best West Coast Swing dancers in Europe right now, and she is progressively proving herself in the United States. In particular, she won the UK Open and the Midland Swing Open in 2010. She placed in the Champions division at three of the biggest american events : Boogie By the Bay (San Francisco), Madjam (Washington) and Swing Diego (San Diego). Virginie began her dance training when she was only five years old. Beginning with the rock’n’roll and the Boogie, she moved to individual dances, like modern jazz, classical and contemporary dance. She studied in the National Superior Dance Conservatory and succeeded in the technical final examination. She discovered West Coast Swing in 2007 and since, she’s growing very quickly in the community, thanks to her previous training and her natural talent for this dance.
Maxence Martin, a former Champion and Black belt in Judo, he started his career in dancing with Lindy Hop. He soon he fell in love with WCS and started his training in 2007 alongside the Best dancers in California. In less than a year he became a contestant in the “Champions” category in the USA. Maxence is now the only French dancer to have won the title of Champion in West Coast Swing.. He recently won the Best International Award at the 2011 Westie Awards Nominations. He performed his two first routines at the US Open, partnering with the famous Kellese Key (Texas).
Maxence is an exceptional dancer and one of the most touching and appreciated of his generation. He now travels the world to share his knowledge and passion for this dance. His unique style of teaching is infectious and enthuses you to want to learn more!

Tze Yi & Dalena are two of the highest ranked dancers in the Asia-Pacific region, they regularly compete in the 'Champions Jack & Jill’ division and have danced and taught at numerous events around the world – in USA, France, Sweden, Germany, Australia, New Zealand, Taiwan, Malaysia and more. They both believe in a holistic approach to teaching, where students will learn to go beyond technique and discover an ideal partnering mindset, with a systematic approach to grooming dancers to be adaptable and versatile. Besides teaching and performing, Tze Yi & Dalena are also well-known for social dancing with everyone until late night, and are one of the few WCS pro couples who are always seen on the social dance floor!

Maïna Vila Cobarsi has been passionate about dance from an early age, practicing tap and solo dances. She discovered West Coast Swing in 2013 in Rouen, and has been involved in events ever since. Inspired by various champions, she has developed her own style with elegance, feminity and musicality.
Maïna often stands out in competition in the All Stars category, which she joined in 2018. She continues to train regularly to perfect her skills.
She created an online platform for lady styling classes with Angélique Pernotte in August 2023, to help dancers evolve and embrace their femininity.
She also contributes to the development of her local community, organizing workshops and her annual event “Normandie On West”.
Today, she is keen to share her teaching with kindness and fun.
Miguel discovered he could move to the rhythm in 2006. After trying ballroom dancing, he fell in love with Latin dances (Cuban salsa, Puerto Rican salsa on1/on2, bachata). He joined an amateur salsa troupe to continue his training by attending several international congresses.
He eventually and inevitably caught the WCS (West Coast Swing) „bug,” whose musicality, creativity, and especially social spirit have kept him completely in love with it ever since. Always looking for new challenges, he reached the All-Star/Champions J&J category and decided to perform routines in the Classic division (2016, 2018 & 2024).
He has had the privilege to partner with many french and international performers/teachers: Emeline Rochefeuille, Irina Puzanova, Maina Vila Cobarsi, Angélique Pernotte, Dianeva Poirson… Whenever he can, he continues to travel across France and internationally to judge, teach, and of course, keep learning this beautiful dance.
